Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about revenue bottlenecks, speed to lead, the Bottleneck Breakdown and how the work runs.

What is a revenue bottleneck in a service business?

It's the single stage between first contact and closed deal where the most revenue is lost. Common examples are slow response to new leads, follow-up that stops after one or two attempts, appointments that don't show, and quotes that go cold. Fixing the biggest one usually moves revenue more than buying more leads.

How do I know if I have a lead problem or a conversion problem?

Trace 20 recent leads from first contact to outcome and mark where each one stopped. If most leads were never contacted, booked or followed up properly, it's a conversion problem. If they were handled well and still didn't buy, look at lead quality and offer.

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between a lead arriving and the first real attempt to contact them. For high-ticket services, buyers often contact several companies at once, so responding in minutes rather than hours is a major advantage.

How much revenue is my business losing?

Use the Lead Leak Calculator: enter your monthly leads, average deal and close rate to see what a small improvement is worth. The Bottleneck Breakdown measures it precisely from your own data.

What do I get from the Bottleneck Breakdown?

In three weeks: a map of every stage from first contact to signed job priced in dollars, your top fixes ranked by return, a 90-day plan and a fixed quote to build it. See the full Breakdown.

How long does the Breakdown take?

Three weeks from the day we get your data.

What is the guarantee?

If the Breakdown doesn't identify at least $50,000 in annual recoverable revenue, you don't pay.

Who do you work with?

Owners of established service businesses doing $1M or more a year who already pay for leads and have at least one person handling them. Typical industries include HVAC, roofing, solar, pool builders, med spas and law firms.

Do you work with startups or businesses under $1M?

No. Below about $1M in revenue, a small improvement usually isn't worth enough to justify the work. The free articles and calculator are a better starting point.

Do you run ads?

Yes, as part of the Rabbit Hole Build and The LAB. Ads are only one part: most service businesses lose more money after the lead arrives than before it, so we fix that first.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Most agencies sell clicks and leads. Every engagement here starts by pricing where your revenue leaks, then builds the whole path from first click to signed job, and reports on revenue, not impressions. You own every lead and every account.

Is this a fractional CMO?

No. You are not buying hours. You get a diagnosis priced in dollars, a system built to fix it, and monthly improvement measured against those numbers.

Do I need to change my CRM or software?

No. Our lead response system sits in front of your CRM: leads are answered and qualified first, and only qualified leads are sent into it.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is a fixed fee, discussed on a free 30-minute call. The Bottleneck Breakdown fee is credited toward the Rabbit Hole Build if you start within 14 days.

Do you only work with Miami businesses?

No. I'm based in Miami and work with owners across the United States. Most of the work happens over video and inside your systems.

What happens after the Breakdown?

You can run the plan with your team, have it built and running in about 30 days with the Rabbit Hole Build, then keep it running with Autopilot and improving with The LAB.

Find out what your business is leaving on the table.

Bring your lead count, close rate and average deal. In 30 minutes you'll know whether there's $50,000+ a year to recover. If there isn't, I'll tell you.
