The approach

It's rarely the marketing. It's what happens after the lead arrives.

Fix what happens after the lead arrives and the same ad spend brings in more revenue. Here's what that looks like, and what it looks like today.

Leads × Contact × Booked × Showed × Closed × Deal value = Revenue
01Every lead answered while they're still shoppingToday: same-day callbacks lose buyers who already talked to someone else.
02Every lead followed up until it's a yes or a noToday: two attempts, then silence.
03Every lead reaches your closer with contextToday: a name and a phone number. No source, no notes, no urgency.
04Booked appointments that show upToday: a full calendar with empty chairs. No confirmations, no reminders.
05Every proposal with a next step on the calendarToday: quotes go out and quietly go cold.

All questions →

What is a revenue bottleneck in a service business?

It's the single stage between first contact and closed deal where the most revenue is lost. Common examples are slow response to new leads, follow-up that stops after one or two attempts, appointments that don't show, and quotes that go cold. Fixing the biggest one usually moves revenue more than buying more leads.

How do I know if I have a lead problem or a conversion problem?

Trace 20 recent leads from first contact to outcome and mark where each one stopped. If most leads were never contacted, booked or followed up properly, it's a conversion problem. If they were handled well and still didn't buy, look at lead quality and offer.

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between a lead arriving and the first real attempt to contact them. For high-ticket services, buyers often contact several companies at once, so responding in minutes rather than hours is a major advantage.

What do I get from the Bottleneck Breakdown?

In three weeks: a map of every stage from first contact to signed job priced in dollars, your top fixes ranked by return, a 90-day plan and a fixed quote to build it. See the full Breakdown.

What is the guarantee?

If the Breakdown doesn't identify at least $50,000 in annual recoverable revenue, you don't pay.

Do you run ads?

Yes, as part of the Rabbit Hole Build and The LAB. Ads are only one part: most service businesses lose more money after the lead arrives than before it, so we fix that first.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Most agencies sell clicks and leads. Every engagement here starts by pricing where your revenue leaks, then builds the whole path from first click to signed job, and reports on revenue, not impressions. You own every lead and every account.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is a fixed fee, discussed on a free 30-minute call. The Bottleneck Breakdown fee is credited toward the Rabbit Hole Build if you start within 14 days.
